This pattern covers the mature stage of the trico. With a high profile white wing, it is much easier to see on the water.

Step By Step:
|
Start thread and wrap a small bunch of white micro fibbetts for a tail.
|
Take the tip of a white turkey flats feather and bunch it together. Tie it in for the parachute post as shown.
|
Tie in the Grizzly hackle feather and make a few turns on the post. Tie off and secure.
