I made this little Wallis Cast video a while ago. You can download it here: http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/wallis.wmv It's just one form of the Wallis Cast - there are variants - underarm, overhead etc. I made it just so it was easier to describe to people how it's achieved. It'll give you a chuckle if nothing else!
