Hey Guys,
We're starting to shoot the next float fishing video and I figured I'd ask you guys what YOU want to see. The first video, CP101 was designed to be a very basic "heres what ya need and how to use it", not a ton of actual fishing style info, 202 will take up where 101 left off. Right now were planning on the video being being driven by anglers technique. Meaning we're going to show it from the anglers point of view, take an individual fishing a certain piece of water and show what gear he uses and why, how he rigs up for that water, what he's looking for in the water, how he fishes that piece of water, and why. We're planning on showing a number of different pieces of water from big stuff like the Niagra to small IN and WI creeks. We're also planning on including a piece on equipment, straight from the manufacturers on rods, reels, and lines....

Let us know!

i purchased the centerpin 101 dvd to be honest with you i was hoping for a little more action most of the info on the dvd was already on your website casting shotting reels but show us more real life situations what style float to use for a certain type of water shotting more in depth more water shots different currents slow pools fast runs different shotting techniques and leader lengths and why and different baits under a float like a productive way to use a fly and if you could please make the tape longer if it costs more thats fine just the more advanced techniques that you guys use to catch fish i think that most guys already knew most of the stuff on the 101 dvd.

thanks dave schnitzer

This video is intended for the person who is considering getting into the sport. The video shows the nuts and bolts (just the basics) on float fishing. The video has a lot of useable information for the raw beginner. I'm sure the next video is going to have more situational types of fishing and will go into more indepth which be more to your liking. Have a great season and hope to see you on the river Smile .

I would enjoy some more on the water steelhead action and more advanced techniques including the wallis cast. I wish I had the 101 video when I first got started.

I would like to see the shotting decisions and techniques when one encounters transitional water (i.e. - tailouts of deeper pools)...

In other words. how do you decide shot placement in changing water depths on the same drift...
