Ohio guys, save a steelhead, buy salmon eggs

I will have fresh eggs for sale on Oct. 1, I will also have eggs on oct. 14/15th.
I have 16 days planned from now untill oct.14th in NY, most if not all fish will be skien, but very lose skien. Great for tying sacs.

I bleed all my fish when caught. Guys on this sight, Craig from Erie outfitters, will tell you my eggs are great.

Some will be uncured and most will be in a borax cure.

$5 pound borax or pro cure
$6 pound uncured

Depends on where you are at, in MI if you have a liscense it is perfectly legal to sell salmon eggs. In some states its even legal to sell brown trout and steelhead eggs.

No it's legal to sell eggs in Ohio and New York.

We (from Ontario) should not make comment on mkormos's good intention since the regulation may be different down in US when compare to Ontario.....

Yup. In NY and other states it's legal for local stores to sell locally caught salmon roe. You'll see them selling bags of cured skein. So careful before you make assumptions as quite a few rules are somewhat different to what they are in Ontario...
