Usally the craft stores will have it but not in the bright flourescent colors. You might have to buy the regular white and buy some dye and dye it. There are dyes sold at craft stores also. If that seems like too much work check out your local fly shop. They should have an assortment of colors and types of fur that should suit your needs. Also check out cabalas.

Agawan,
Chartreuse should be an easy color to find, but probably not in a craft store. It'll take dye no problem, but any decent shop will carry it. If you're looking for slightly longer than average length and less of the "under-fur", it'd try one of the east coast fly shops, as that would be just about perfect for many of the beach fishing patterns (small surf candies, etc...). I know there are a few online, but can't recall off the top of my head. Try Google, then call the shop to describe the properties you're looking for. Fly Fur varies widely depending on who manufactures it.

Best,

Brian

Two good sources: Both are on line and both have printed catalogs:
Angler's Worshop www.anglersworkshop.com
Feather-Craft www.feather-craft.com
Hope this helps.
