I am looking for some input on the line reccomendations for a 15' Spey. I was looking at the multi tips form windcutter and would like some input if anyone has cast this rod with these tips and which model I should be looking at.?

Link to RIO's Recs page.. Looks like they don't list the Imperial series anymore.

Without a doubt go with a CND GPS line if you want a longer belly line that will throw tips with ease! I can't recommend which weight as you did not specify what weight of two hander you own.
If you are dead set on a shorter belly line I would check out the Airflo Delta multi tip. Much better line than a windcutter in my opinion...
