Has anyone here used the Sage VT2 8139 spey rod? I was wondering how you guys would compare it too the Scott LS2 14' 8 weight.

This is probably one of the best rods sage came up with in a good price range...

this is a cannon of a rod and would be totally different action to the scott rod. Surprisingly awesom rod to cast skagit lines with.

I compared the two side by side, the sage is pretty but heavier and quite a bit softer feeling...I chose the scott ls-2 as IMHO it's a much better rod and can be used for many different line applications.....
