It was a postal goverment money order, never had trouble's before myself? We can cash Money orders from any bank, AMEX, US Walmart stores, anything but the USPS money orders. I don't know why, that's just the way it is. If the green ones are the international money orders from the US Post Offices yes you can. I send them on a monthly basis to Canada and the business that I send them to has no issue what so ever depositing them in their bank account... Their is two types of money order at our post office, a domestic and international. I would imagine we have to be talking about the same one...
