EAT, SLEEP, BAIT! - Manistee River - Tippy Dam to Lake Michigan
Just like any other world class fishing destination, the area surrounding the lower Big Manistee River has a multitude of supporting businesses. Lodging can be had for as little as $30/night to well over $100/night depending on what your preferences are. Here is a short list of some of the restaurants, hotels, motels and tackle shops we've personally visited. Granted, there are many, many more in the area but we spend our time on the river, not rating the food! The remarks are from our staff, and again, like all other parts of Quest Outdoors, are not biased one way or the other; just our honest opinions.
