The Low Down:
A reel packed with the latest innovations, taylored to fishermens concerns, wants and needs. The retail price places it at the top of the "affordable" float reels; is it worth it? At first glance, and with a few days on the river, we'd say yes. One concern would be the warranty which is only one year. We'd guess this would be due the the presision machining and tight tolerances which may make this reel a bit on the "fussy" side. One thing we did take note of, are the refrences to being careful with this reel in the owners manual.
